What are the hours of operation of the Expo?

  • Friday: Set Up from [time]
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00PM
  • Take down begins 4:00 PM Sunday

What can we expect from the event?

The goal of the Spring Gear up is to get as many customers in front of your products before the 2023 outdoor season ramps up. Foot traffic is what you want, and foot traffic is what we strive to provide.

We have committed much of our resources into bringing on the right advertising strategies to amplify your success.

What are AOA Expo’s expectations of vendors?

As a vendor, you are expected to:

  • Stay the entirety of the event
  • Promote our ads
  • Mention your participation as much as possible in our Expo through your own social means

What is included with our booth space?

Booths are… 

  • Table space with 1 staff
  • 10x10 with 2 staff
  • 20x20 with 4 staff
  • 20x40 with 6 staff

What if I need extra space for my booth?

Additional booths will need to be purchased for any extended space needed.

What happens if I buy a booth, but can no longer attend?

If you request a refund before April 30, 2023 at 11:59pm, you’ll receive 100% of your money back. If you request a refund after this date, you’ll receive a full credit to future AOA events.

What happens if we lose something at the event?

If you lose something, come check our Information Booth to see if it’s been turned in. We recommend keeping all your valuables in a safe place as AOA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during your time at the event.

What facilities are provided at the event?

There will be great food and drinks available, full service bathrooms, and free outdoor parking!

Is there WiFi on-site?

No vendor wifi is not available.
