FAQs for the Spring Expo

  • Friday: VIP experience 6Pm-12am
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Sunday: vendor activities at their discretion, reconvene at Rival Trade for 4pm

There will be great food and drinks available, full service bathrooms, and free outdoor parking!

Get your products in front of people who need it most, just in time for the peak season! At AOA Expo, you’ll get to show off your industry leading products to those who live and breathe the outdoors. Let's provide a meaningful experience by bringing together a community of like-minded folk who have a passion for adventure, all while enjoying a brew from one of the best Alberta based breweries located in the heart of adventure nation!

If you request a refund before April 15, 2024 at 11:59pm, you’ll receive 100% of your money back. If you request a refund after this date, you’ll receive a full credit to future AOA events.

The chosen size booth space purchased will include access for your staff, additional parking space across the street from the venue, access to our Friday night VIP experience

As a vendor, you are expected to:

  • Stay the entirety of the event
  • Promote our ads
  • Mention your participation as much as possible in our Expo through your own social means

If you lose something, come check our Information Booth to see if it’s been turned in. We recommend keeping all your valuables in a safe place as AOA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during your time at the event.

Additional booths will need to be purchased for any extended space needed.

Absolutely! The Friday Night VIP Experience will be pet friendly indoors. Come Saturday the outdoor grounds and patio will all continue to be pet-friendly.

If applicable, you are welcome to use your booth display overnight within the Rival Trade Brewing Co grounds.

Unfortunately, because the event is outdoors, we are unable to supply power for booths. However solar power options etc are welcome to run any display needs you have!
