The AOA Spring Gear Up aims to provide a meaningful experience for attendees and vendors alike by bringing together a community of like-minded folk who have a passion for adventure.

Set-up for all booths will be Friday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Vendors will be open to the public:
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 90 AM - 4:00 PM
- Takedown begins Sunday at 4:00 PM
What To Expect
Join us for 2 passion-filled days of networking and sales with the people who need your products the most. We aim to provide our guests with the most comprehensive outdoor and adventure weekend to get them prepared for the hot season ahead.
You’ll meet influential people in the industry, connect with loyal customers, and network with partners in the industry.
Accommodations
Staff may not remain in the Parkland Pavilion overnight to use booth displays as sleeping accommodations.
However the AOA Expo has group preferred rates at the following accomodations:

$49+tax per night for two adults.
Additional adults are $10+tax.
Minimum 2 night reservation required.
No ground tents allowed.
Roof top tents, truck campers, motorhomes, trailers and various RVs are welcome.

Vendors also have the option to camp in the East parking lot directly behind the Parkland Pavilion. This will require a $32 pass from the Campground office. This space is first come first served.

Booth sizing is very specific and your entire display must fit within the guidelines provided. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Social Media Agreement
By purchasing a booth with AOA, you consent to being included in promotional activities, such as sharing your existing content or being photographed, at previous or future AOA Expos being used on our event pages or for promotional purposes, at any time.
Giveaways
If you’d like to provide a giveaway for attendees at the event, we’ll be collecting all items on Friday to organize and structure daily stage presentations. Please contact us in advance for more information.
