Vendors will be open to the public on May 11, 2024 10:00 am to 6:00 pm within the Rival Trade Brewing Co grounds.

We have a range of booth sizes available for your consideration, however none will be equipped with power outlets. However, solar power options are welcome to run any display needs you have!

Vendors will have the opportunity to spend Sunday with attendees by choosing to host an activity of their own. Venture off to crown land or another area in Rocky to test products and gear, teach a skill, go sightsee what Clearwater County has to offer, or just spend the day with a group of like-minded individuals doing an activity you love! Have sign up sheets available during Saturday's expo and get everyone seeing first hand what you are all about!

Vendors are solely responsible for the organization and execution of these activities, including start/end times, liability coverage and location choice.

Activity ideas could include: 

● A trail run

● Winching class

● Paddleboarding or kayaking a local body of water

● Bouldering or climbing

● Mountain biking

The option to reconvene at Rival Trade Brewing Co will commence at 4:00PM Sunday afternoon, for a final gathering beverage before everyone heads home after an incredible weekend!

If your home base is outside of Rocky Mountain House, you are welcome to use your booth display overnight within the Rival Trade Brewing Co grounds, alternatively we have partnered with two amazing local options!
