We attended our first AOAE in 2023. It far exceeded our expectations. The workshops, vendors, entertainment, etc. were all top notch. We marked off our calendar for the 2024 expo as soon as we left. Even our teenaged son raved about it. Highly recommend!

Some of the most fun to be had at an affordable price. Cool people, awesome volunteers and fun activities make up this outdoor event. Feels like one big family hanging out for the weekend!

The best big weekend event featuring so many demos, presentations, group activities, and events for the outdoor adventurer. From 4x4 overlanding to kayaking and bushcraft to tracking, the absolute most fun for everyone in the family. Loved all the children's events and the entertainment as well all the swag and how many prizes were available to be won. Definitely will be back.

I've been here 2 years in a row for the fall expo. I cant even tell you how awesome this is. From all the vendors to check out and events/classes to participate in, it really is an amazing weekend. What's even better is all the friendly people to chat with and discuss how they setup their adventures. As someone who's pretty shy there's no shortage of people to make you feel welcome and comfortable!!! Its definitely on my go to list for getting out of the city.
