Includes access for 8 staff members to operate the booth, as well as their camping and participation in all weekend activities!
10x10 Booth - $500
Includes access for 4 staff members to operate the booth, as well as their camping and participation in all weekend activities!

Accommodations
Feel free to utilize your Rooftop Tents or Demo Trailers in your booth display! We kindly ask that all personal items be kept out of sight and that your area remains tidy during vendor hours to maintain a market-like appearance.
On-site camping is available for RVs or tents that are not part of your business offerings. If your booth backs onto the forest, you can set up a divider and camp directly behind your space.
For those preferring off-site accommodations, options are available in Edson or Hinton. However, please note that we do not have preferred providers and cannot guarantee availability. Enjoy the weekend!

Our goal for the Fall AOA Expo is to help every vendor reach the right people for their products and services and have a successful event. We have committed much of our resources into bringing on the right advertising strategies to amplify your success.
As one of our vendors, you are expected to:
- Stay the entirety of the Expo
- Share our ads and promotions on your social platforms, as possible
- Mention your participation in our Expo as early as possible
With the purchase of a booth, you’ll also receive:
- Staff access & camping
- Access to any classes, scheduled events, & activities
Additional booths will need to be purchased for any extended space.
Yes! You can also use your booth as your accommodations if desired.
If you request a refund before May 31, 2024 at 11:59PM, you’ll receive 100% of your money back.
If you request a refund after this date, you’ll receive a full credit to future AOAE events.
If you lose something, come check our Information Booth to see if it’s been turned in. We recommend keeping all your valuables in a safe place as AOAE is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during your time at the event.
Security volunteers will be on site for the duration of the weekend. We cannot prevent theft so please ensure a staff is always within your booth vicinity.

You’ll have access to potable water and bathroom facilities. There is no power or WiFi available for your booths, but there is good reception in most areas to connect to your own data.
